  • You have done a great service. Thank you for sharing this teaching. But people suffering from panic attacks don't have much, or any, meditation training, or enough foundation in awareness of the natural blissful state of the body, that they could apply it to the panic. I think only daily meditation can help the people who get panic attacks and are prone to tension and anxiety, like me.
