I found out JoCo is coming to Northampton, MASS on 4/3/08. I wouldn't even know the guy existed if it weren't for your video, but now, I just have to go to his show.

I really suck a dancing (no Rhythm at all), but I've been practicing your dance. I don't think I can do the whole thing, but I'm shooting for the first minute and a half. Would that be good enough for you to use? If so I'll try uploading a video by Tuesday night. I go in for knee surgery Wednesday, and I'm trying to get done by then.

Well, if you're getting knee surgery I'd say don't worry too much about the bouncing up and down o_O A short bit of the song should be quite enough for me to put in a clip of a few seconds (assuming I get enough submissions)... though obviously it limits which part of the song you'll appear it. Thanks, it's my 4th one on that knee. Anyways I finished filming today, but only did about 1 minute of the dance. I'll edit all the screw ups and stuff out then post it in the next couple days. Might consider posting this video at other sites like Metacafe, Veoh & Putfile to help spread the word. I think You Tube has a section just for contest and stuff as well. Not positive though...

I think a finger puppet code monkey dance would be nice. If I had the time, motivation, and/or desire, I'd probably do one. But I don't. :-( But maybe someone out there will be inspired by my note and make one. :-)

not a fool, it was art. or at least very inspired. not many peoaple would be able to do it. including me. not the least of problems being lack of space aka proper background or having a camera handy whenever fancy of the mood would strike me to actually go out on the limb :-} of "foolery". but i hope law of large numbers will hold good and you will be able to montage the insanity ;) /me peeks his head out of the line, looks to one side, then another: "no volunteers? you filthy cowards!".
