  • my favorite tank from the war

  • Wow, he could have stood on the platform up the whole time, but that would mean he would be smarter than he obviously is.

  • I wish I could take that to prom instead of that dumb limo.

  • that cameraman should have moved his ass long before, don't know why he was just hanging around, not even filming it just before he nearly got hit.

  • It looks fake I know its not it just looks o_o

  • yeah ,almost.right

  • It really is a superb replica,I think I have seen it in another clip in a reenactment at an airshow. As far as I know this must be the only working replica in the world.I certainly don't know of any other, there are,I think two working originals at Bovington tank museum. On their tank days they run one around their arena.Come to think of it there was another replica used in "Indiana Jones and the last crusade" whether that's still around I dont know.No a cheap thing to build properly.

  • @silver760 looking at bovington site it appears there are two working originals as you say, although they dont make it easy to see what tanks they have that work. the ww1 runners are a mk v male and a mk iv male. with any luck they will be given a run at tankfest this year which ill be dragging the missus to. hhe.

  • that werent even close m8

  • Reminds me of Austin powers xD

  • Allmost doesnt look real.

  • that thing is terrifying

  • omg PUT SOME OIL IN THAT TANK!

  • @whitedragon1204 dosent need oil. its made of plywood by (film producer) Peter Jacksons WETA Workshop prop team

  • @nick21sammy then why does it squeak?

  • Comment removed

  • @whitedragon1204

its a replica ... the originals squealed like pigs... replicating that would be part of the plan i think ?

  • @EvilSean62 ..iirrc they made a big thing of the noises in saving private ryan ...

  • @EvilSean62 yea but still

  • @EvilSean62 no no no evil Sean.....wasn't the tank...That was the kaiser's troops, squealing like pigs............underneath.

aren't we lucky we were born 2 or 3 generations after these poor soles.

  • @whitedragon1204 its from 1918

  • dude, the cameraman could have laid down and let the tank pass over him.

  • Why is the cameraman mentioned in the title? Ridiculous!

  • @tjohanne I agree!

  • @tjohanne look at 2:22

  • 1:17 , I see that the French have borrowed The Kaiser's car and gone to New Zealand to observe this fine British piece of machinery. I want it lol

  • @feardivinity I never said he was behind the tank.

  • He forgot he wasn't watching TV xD

  • I don't give a crap about the cameraman, I only care about the tank. Good to see a running example of this tank, even if it is a replica.

  • Super video!!!!

  • Beautiful to see and hear one of these - even though only a reproduction. And it's a lovely reproduction too.

  • 'Almost runs over cameraman'? It was so slow it couldn't touch him, let alone run over him (unless he was unwary that the thing was behind him)!

  • @Ultradalek7 He was in front of the tank though...not behind

  • Lovely vehicle

  • can you please send it to Athens to go to the protests?

    pleeeeeeeese....
