The worst $2500 I have ever spent. I have had this machine for 6 months, it has had everything go wrong with it and has been in for repair for 2 of the 6 months. It is absolute crap as is Saeco customer service. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere for a coffee machine.
I was unfortunate enough to buy one of these without researching it first. Needless to say it never worked from day one, and niether did the replacement. After a month of arguing with the company, i eventually got my money back. Now looking for a decent machine.......
@eIitesoIdier7 over 1000$ for a coffee machine that only lasts for max 6 years and has a grinder that is difficult to clean is just a ripoff. And espresso from a semi-automatic/manual machine and skilled barista is like billion times better
@klarinetta What are you talking about lasts for max 6 years? I still have my Saeco Magic Deluxe from 1993 and its working flawlessly.
The grinder is not hard to clean if you wanted to but i never need to.

That's baloney. Ive had espresso from a semi-automatic/manual machine by a skilled barista and its not any better than from my Saeco. 99% of the time its a lot worse than from my Saeco.
