haah couldn't find the weight. Great explanation of how to do these. I have been doing them all the way up and felt it in my thighs and hip flexros and never really got a good ab workout. I stopped doing them completely since I never felt it, but now since you have showed me the right way I'm gonna start again. I tried this just on the ground and pushing my lower back into the ground helped a million times better than normal too so i can't wait for the gym today. thank you
Chrissy. this is the first time I watched your videos. You are so knowledgeable and you explain it so well. I love your abs. You're my new idol. And your body soo smokin'!
@ChrisZFit Thanks A LOT! After watching your videos about abs, now I KNOW (the hip flexor thingy and all that). I've been doing lots of variations on my super set for my abs but I still only have THE 4 instead of the 6 pack, and I'm skinny (just to say something in advance) I also just started THE hanging legs raises and it's just my hip flexors that are aching, I've also heard from some guy that they got the 6 pack by "just" doing hanging leg raises, could that be true?
wow i learned alot in this video chrissy keep up the good work i love how you explain everything in ur videos its clear and precise and i apply it to my workouts too. Im not sure if u can but can u do a video on a barbell deadlift? Thank you!
Good Job Chrissy, keep throwing out the medical terminology. It helps when you know what muscles are working. The hip flexors always gets me confused. Thanks you
Great video and tips, make a video of you flexing those beautiful muscles :)
you look great!

Chrissy, I've learnt more in the last half hour watching your videos than I have in the last 5 years. Your form looks impeccable.
Thanks and keep up the good work!

it's easy to see which muscles you mean to engage because your muscles are so visible!
