My pitbull can dispell all myths except sometimes dog agression. Proper breeding however results in human friendly dogs completely just as back then. as Sashasstory said this is the most rewarding dog to care for and I have to agree! I live down the block from an elementary school and my dog as a pup has been socialized with kids and she loves them. Raise the dog right and all is well! ^_^
I had the pleasure of adopting one of these beautiful girls from a local rescue and she has made a wonderful addition to our family. She was already 2 years old, but she has the sweetest disposition and is testing for her CGC next month and then on to become a registered therapy dog. If you give these dogs the time and training, you will be rewarded 10 times over!
