How do u ride him so well. It's amazing. Hmm I went to a stable and road horses for 2 weeks and all of them exept fot one, were all refusing to go when asked. Some kicked. But this one was just like your horse, Great at being riding. I wonder if the way a horse is treated afects the way you ride it. Cause at the stable they were hiting the side of the horse to got it to move. Although I doupt that is the best way and the horses refuse. Great horse it is so beautiful :)

We have 2 AMAZING Arabian stallions. They are in no way crazy or mean. We have 19 Arabian mares and have no problem with them. I ride mostly every one of them except our mare that was abused when she was little. My Granddad says this all the time, and I hope I don't offend anyone, but anyone who thinks Arabians are crazy just aren't smart enough to handle them. The end. I ride our stallions bareback up and down the roads. All of our horses are very intelligent. We barrel race and do Western Ple

I have an Arab mare, and boy she's a handful! I'm not sure I would be able to fully handle a stallion. I'm a little gun-shy of anything much bigger than I am, so horses isn't exactly the best hobby for me, but I still do it because I love it!

It would be unfair to say that all stallions are a handful, because and horse can be a handful to ride and control. But like any horse, there are some that are better behaved than others. So it really just depends on the horse.

But if it's between a stallion and mare, most would pick the mare, although they can be temperamental as well.

But all horses are different :D

Mares just usually get pissy but it has alot to do with having a good match of rider and horse. eg i wouldnt let a kid who pulls hard on the reins and kicks hard on my horse cause he doesnt need that :]

I must say ,you and that horse look good together. He is a gorgeous horse ,and behaves well for an arabian. { Not downing arabians 'cause I personally love them! Though in my experiance arabians are hot-headed ,and hard to control} An I see the nice little connection you have with him. Man ,I wish I had that with my horse. Though he acts horrid with me and my mom. :/ Always rearing ,biting ,and striking out at us. My mother is ruining him 'cause she never punishes him. Never corrects him.

Yes, he is Straight Egyptian. His sire is Tammen, owned by Patrick Swayze, who has a very strong love of Arabian horses. I love riding Jaybec bareback, last year I put a saddle on him and we both hated it so much I took it off again within 2 minutes! Bareback we have such a connection, a bond you cannot get with a saddle - not nearly to the same degree. And Jaybec let me know he disliked the saddle as much as I did, he was not happy about the constricting feeling, he loves bareback too.

Thankyou! A couple of years...we bonded immediately and know we are best of friends. We connect on so many levels, whether he is getting his pail of grain and excited running back and forth and swinging his head, or he races over to me to knuzzle me. He is one in a million, folks have opened their checkbooks to want to purchase him - will not sell my best friend....

i know what you mean there was an immediat bond between us so i bought him. the down side is he is going blind (but he will be ok) but i am looking for another best friend because i will not make him stand at a trailer all day at shows and he needs a new best friend to guide him so he dosent hurt himself on trail rides so i am looking for a low priced yearling. but people have asked me if he was for sale and i feel the same way i will not sell my best friend because he is also 1 in a million.

Thanks so much! Well, I have been riding since I was 5 years old, trained my first horse at 9 years old, did several years of barrel racing and western events. I have several saddles but MUCH prefer riding bareback - you can feel the horse beneath you so much better - the connection is amazing! Riding bareback I can tell when Jaybec is about to get so excited he will rear up or prance or jump around...he will tense up first and I can feel that between my legs.

It's amazing Ik!

You can feel every powerful muscle working perfectly in its place. I love to ride on a colder day so I can feel my horses heat under me. i put my hands on his neck and under his mane to warm them up. Plus he's always so fun on cold days. it gets him awake and ready to ride. lol Its a totally thrilling experience to feel that connection =]

I like to do that too! I don't really like the cold or the deadness of winter, but it is one of the few things I love to do in the winter. Trotting or cantering a horse bareback through deep fluffy snow is like floating, I love it!

Thank you! Isn't it amazing when you fit perfectly...bareback riding is the best. I want to feel the horse between my legs, you can feel what they are thinking and feeling, and connect with them. The one video of Jaybec saying hi to the Ladies, I could feel him go really still and then tense up as his excitement built, right before he kicked out with both his front and back hooves, it was awesome and a total thrill! I am happy that you love bareback riding too!

i have a straight crabet bred arabian mare and shes horrible to ride bareback shes that muscled and fat on her back that you practically have to do the splits to sit on her bareback haha and plus she has NO wither and you doesnt have that nice lil groove behind her shoulder to grip onto damn i wish i could ride her bareback lol
