@darylfn Its obviouse. A story as great as the Beatles Story MUST be Heralded to the four corners of London & the world!! If you were a fan you would know this already!!
Hi. He has to be very ''strident'' with his delivery, because he has no amplification ( microphone ) he had about 80 people with him that day, it was the 25th anniversary of JL death. so he had to be very loud. Plus he was fighting against London traffic. He did a remarkable job. He had to keep up that enthusiasm for TWO HOURS. You try it.
I remember the Beatles at the Palladium. I seem to recall that as they were about to come on, 4 sillouettes were shown on stage. The audience screamed , but it turned out to be 4 cleaners with brooms
and things. Then of course, they came on. Does anyone else remember this? Have I imagined it?
Very interesting! I've always loved that line by John, "people in the cheaper seats, just rattle your jewelry"...lol. Only John, right? The people standing around don't look too thrilled though. Come on people, some enthusiasm, please! This is history of the best band in the world! Thanks for sharing, Mike. :-)
Hi Robin :::waves::: ( Robin is the 5th Beatle ) Thanx for your comment. I like to think that they were SO engrossed in the story teller that they forgot to show enthusiasm.

Thats a great story. It sounds like the sorta thing that would happen at a Beatles Showing.

@albionplace No you didnt imagine it. I remeber it well and was hoping youtube would have a clip of the cleaners pretending to be the Beatles.
