Like you say chasing the rainbow is not looking good but i'm gonna give it one more go at the legendary Que Club in Birmingham. Best venue/sound system in the world. Then retirement!!!

@TheTamandtone I used to go to a lot of field partys around kent plus a few clubs in london like busbys breakfast club and the orange at the astoria as well as sterns and i once went to an event at the roller rink, lea valley trading estate in milton keynes and world dance at lydd airport kent. theres a wicked 4 or 5 piece vid clip here on YT from orange at the astoria, check it out.

@TheTamandtone also, there used to be a proper bangin beach party at camber sands, that was truly awesome. the police used to drive real slow up and down the car park and there used to be a sort of mexican wave of headlights from peoples cars that illuminated them wherever they went as early warning, brilliant! the best night i had there was on 2 mick jaggers (acid) the sea was mirror calm with a full moon. it just doesnt get any better than that does it?

I've been chasing the good old times since the 90's, i'm going to Atomic Jam at the end of the month (Fibre Optic in the DnB room) if it aint got the right atmosphere/tunes/attitude i think i'll hang my hat up for the last time (i've been saying that for years so we'll see)

@TheTamandtone youre so right, we were so very very lucky, right time, right age and the vibe could never be repeated, society has changed too much now, so chasin the rainbow is not lookin good. the problem with the scene then was its boundless energy that evolved so fast that some styles of choon only lasted for a few months, then it evolved again until it fell into the jungle, where it stayed for about 3 years. i reckon the golden years were 90-93, before the tempo shot up into bungle mode.
