  • can the controller limit current. on the current features list on the wiki it only mentions overcurrent shutdown.

  • you say open source but who designed it and who built it and where is the source at?

  • great stuff ben. just wondering,,, is there something different in that controller that requires it to power up first? if its to charge the caps up could you put a charge resistor on the controller like we do with the curtis 1321c? just a thought! always love your videos mate!

  • What are you going to do with your curtis?

  • The Curtis controller is going back into the Citicar that I borrowed it from.

  • Have you thought about replacing the switch for the controller with a relay that turns it on when you turn the key? That is a great controller by the way...I saw the tests that you and Paul have done. What a beast!

  • I need the power for the controller to turn on BEFORE the main contactor does. The key is rigged up to the main contactor. By having a separate switch for the controller, I can turn it on first.

The controller also has an un-used yellow wire for a future upgrade to have the controller open and close the main contactor, like a Zilla does.
