I'm reading the book now and it's ok.....it makes a lot of Christian references and I'm not super comfortable with that. And I'm not really sure how reliable she is.
Who else would release a book in the aftermath of her daughter's breakdown and her other daughter's teenage pregnancy. She must have some sort of pathological delusion disorder if she thinks that we're all buying her sweet littl 'ol me act - she was a stage mother, whether she likes it or not - she drove 8 year old Britney to MMC and auditions. Trying to make her dream come true - what 8 year old truly knows what they want? Why not wait until she was older and more able to deal with it? Money...
@87jesm I know you said this ages ago, but Britney said several times in the past and at the beginning of her career that she pushed her Mother into letting her do what she wanted to do, not the other way around. Also, the book release may seem odd but it could also be seen as an opportunity to set things straight and slow down public rumors, which were spiraling out of control at the time. I just wouldn't be so quick to judge.
She has made a lot of mistakes as a mother, but in the present she is trying... Good luck... but i think is late, our Brit is in drugs and stuff and if cuz of her mother, cuz she was just a girl, and Lynne couldn't handle with her
