Hi I was the man who videoed pete - they were very , very strict on depth, many good squats (in my opinion) got failed, as for the obscent bench pause, again, they seemed to be mega strict - waiting for a totally motionless bar, or mabie they nodded off,

Why was the third rep failed? Looked deep enough. And what is with the 100 second pauses on bench?
