i have the e8 and i kind of hated it for the slowness. (not sure with the em30 but on the forums i was on it was at an ok speed BUT!!!!!!!! you can flash your phone with easy instuctions on these forums and it gets 10x faster)i did that to mine and its the best phone i have ever had. and i have gone through a boat load of them from blackberry curves (damn curse with them.... alwasy fuck me over) to samsungs. the possibilities you hgave with this phone is close to endless with mods.

the microsd is an add on to it, so if it's memory on the phone is 2gig, then the micro sd is 4, then you have 6 gig.

DO NOT get the shadow! You will regret it! I've already gone through 2. The first one, the screen went out, the second, the speaker. Great design, sucky battery life...you'll be happier with something else. I ordered this one today.

PLEASE HELP. I am having trouble connecting the phone to Mac. Biggest problem, iTunes protected files won't work on the phone for me. I contacted customer service and they don't know what to do; this was supposed to be a feature of the phone and it doesn't even work. This phone is definitely not user-friendly.

Are you sure it's supposed to be iTunes compatible? I have this phone and there's no mention anywhere of it being compatible with iTunes protected files. Very few phones are compatible with iTunes. It's not because the phones aren't user friendly, it's because iTunes uses a proprietary mp3 format, so it's almost impossible for a phone to be able to use iTunes without using iTunes own software as the basis for part of the phone.
