  • This is Epic!!

  • love this song ♥

  • Omg I love Ozzy he's so hot in 1982 :)

  • who fucking unlike such a song you asshools!

  • I Had A Vision .....

  • esse arranjo do começo lembra "The Godfather"

  • " Don Airey has the Midas Touch...saw him with Deep Purple with Steve Morse on guitar. "

  • If Im not mistaken this is @ Irvine Meadows in 1982, my 1st concert I went to......and to this day the BEST event I have witnessed! The band AXE opened & they fuckin rocked! but OZZY blew my mind!

  • this musnt have been too far from the day of March 19th, 1982.

  • he sucks cock?

  • @fittsaftitrosan your mom sucks mines too fucker..

  • why they bock the album version this sucks not this video but how they just block the song i hate youtube they did it with other good songs fuck you youtube

  • @kinggpw2012 i agree i was just looking 4 the album version right now before i clicked on this vid! They had all the right to take it off but im with u i thinh they shouldnt have taken it off

  • I love that Brad didn't do what most replacements do in his place and try to be a carbon copy of the man before him. He had his own distinct technique and style, and did things his way.

  • brad was such a pro to pull this off.

  • I honestly want to say that I saw Ozzy back in 87 during his Ultimate sin tour. Looking back I wish I had not that opportunity.I am since Born Again and I think that as a born again person I can honestly say I am much happier now and more concerned for the world troubles and woes, now I know that some of you may find me a bit irritating and you'll probably not like this, I don't expect you too but,As a former metalist I always respected others point of view.

  • its funny that after randy died they started getting good video footage. Seriously WTF?!?

  • Ya know what? I am so fucking SICK of seeing the name of a certain young "singer" in every god damn comment section of every fucking video. QUIT MENTIONING HIM!

  • Brad Gillis had the hardest shoes to fill.

RIP Randy Rhoads (King of METAL)

    GOd Bless YOU ALL

  • The sadness in this nearly cracks my heart - RIP Randy.

  • 2 people are gay and a justin biber's fan!!!!

  • I like the BATM version better. By far the best song by Ozzy though. That or Diary...

  • anyone notice who helped push the stage crasher back into the crowd?

  • Mi cancion favorita de Ozzy Osbourne =D

  • Good Shit!!!!! Thanks for the post!!!

  • who plays the piano on this song?

  • @PGuitar97 Not sure but thinking Bob Daisley???

  • @billyslayer91171 Bob Daisley plays bass (not in this clip)

  • @PGuitar97 the great don airey

  • Awesome!!!!

  • 4:05,I would have loved being a roadie, hearing those sweet notes coming out of Gillis's Mesa Boogie amps.

  • You guys show respect for Gillis,he was instructed on some songs not to play the solo note for note, like in goodbye to romance, which is totally different. Its a Ozzy Randy thing,it was a very intimate song for them as buddies. Brads solo here with melodic improvisation sounds like something out of a opera, very emotional and makes me cry when I hear it. Beautiful playing.

  • @SmittyHeWasNumber1 AGREED.

  • @SmittyHeWasNumber1 Well said bro!!

  • @SmittyHeWasNumber1 Well said bro

  • this is when ozzy was great....the zakk wylde era is awesome as well....the new album is awful

  • @garyjfoster at first I agreed, but give it a second, maybe even a third chance, you may find something about it that strikes you as awesome as well. I have been a fan since 1969, and with each change I still found Ozzy to be the king. Peace

  • beautiful

  • I should dislike this vid because they played it without Randy

  • Thanks so much for uploading this!

  • Ozzy is noted just as much for his "Let's see everyone go CRAZY tonight" showmanship as any of his lyrics and singing style, he's the MC of Metal! haha I see this is with vintage Brad Gillis of Night Ranger, at this time period, all I had was Circus Magazine to read about the bands I was hearing, never got to see them live in the 80s

  • I also LOVE this song!

Brad Gillis did a good job out there.

I imagine how hard it was playing all that master-pieces live!

    Long live Randy Rhoads!

  • @laragunner123 Brad Gillis when he left, Circus mag IIRC, reportedly said he'd "Heavy Metalled Himself out", however, he and Jeff Watson SMOKE in Night Ranger and that band keeps plugging away like Ozzy himself. They are due to play here this summer and I don't wanna miss that show!

  • That`s George Lynch playing the Guitar. Randy was alraedy dead.

  • @TheWolvesCurse guitarist FAIL. It is Brad Gillis

  • @teslafan6969 sure? couldn`t it be Jake E. Lee?

  • @TheWolvesCurse not in this vid...Gillis is on guitar

  • @teslafan6969

LMAO. Yes, it's Gillis... who went on to form Night Ranger (ugh) George Lynch only lasted 3 days with Ozz (after this tour) before getting... axed.

  • @JesusAteMyPizza NR rules, buddy boy, Night Ranger is one of my all time favorite bands, they rock, man! Seriously, I saw them live more then once

  • ccccc

  • I LOVE THIS !!!!!!!!!

  • @distributionexpress i agree with u there! :D the solo is just immense

  • fuck !! TWF randy rhoads is no here!!

  • I saw Ozzy on this tour. April 1982, Madison Square Garden, NYC. I was still in high school and the show was on a school night too :)

It was awesome but there was a black cloud hanging over the arena because Randy was killed just 3 or 4 weeks before this show. What was even more ominous was that the very next day after this show, there was a massive blizzard that hit NYC, 10+ inches, shcool closed. I'll never forget it.

  • Oh, those are tattoos. I thought they were burns.

  • does ozzy really think he has the body to go topless haa

  • This obviously wasn't the Speak of the Devil tour. I was after Randy died while Brad Gillis was filling in. If it were the Speak of the Devil tour it would be Jake playing.

  • @pendragyn heheh the guitarist on the speak of the devil LIVE recording is , Brad Gillis

  • that aint randy. itz brad gillis of night ranger.

  • Good music. Ozzy is seriously underrated by the rock/metal press largely due to his proletarian shock antics, although people quickly overlook the man's background and childhood. His singing is always on key and lyrics and melodies are clever. Randy is very good but not at Roy Buchanan's amazing level or emotive force.

  • @oldtele1 you said : " Randy is very good but not at Roy Buchanan's amazing level or emotive force."

well, this isn't randy. you should look up some of randy's stuff then make an educated comment.

  • nate dogg and and randy are makin mad mad tracks right now

  • Thank God for Sharon. She kept Ozzy going after Randy died. If she hadn't been there, he wouldn't have had a solo career at all. He would've died long ago without Sharon.

  • oz was so professional

  • Randy Rhoades is not playing guitar on this. it is Brad Gillis.

  • Two peoples want their mama dead!!!

  • um hold on thats not randy rhoads. is this 1981 or later?

  • thus far two people need raped and murdered

  • @11dsweeney ...I hope you and your boyfriend enjoyed it!!

  • @11dsweeney lets do it!!!we will hit some stupd redneck state or are you chicken!!!

  • @11dsweeney Wow, way to stay classy, 2 people don't like something you do so raped and murdered eh? Im all for taking pop shots at people but seriously, you and the 13 people who liked your comment are some real fucking losers. Raped and murdered? You fucking trash bag.

  • @11dsweeney 8 months on. no copycat criminals

  • @11dsweeney Only two? Slow fucking day, huh?

  • My favorite Ozzy song ever. It's a shame that so many people do not know this song. To me it's his best and Randy well ...guitar God

  • @julkat73 i have to agree. probably the best song from blizzard of ozz!

  • @julkat73 gotta love the piano part ! ;)

  • @julkat73 Plenty of people know this song.. If you don't, you know nothing of rocks history.

  • Brad Gillis destroying one of Randys best solos...Just F,,,ing lovely.

    Thanks, Brad.

  • this is far to be an amazing performance. actually it's 34534245 times better than amazing

  • OZZY FUCKING DESTROYING ON THE VOCALS!

  • i like at 3:32 some dude jumps on stage and the little Zach Roloff midget dude runs out to save the day...HA HA HA!

  • How Can Anybody Critizise this tour, Ozzy was Playing weeks after losing his Best Friend and one of Greatest guitarists Ever in Randy Rhodes! Performing is probably the only thing that Kept Ozzy from just Imploding!

  • Mi compu tb se kedo cuando ozzy salto wtf!!

    667

  • man, ozzy has to be best live performer/band ever.

  • Probably the greatest words ever written. I vote to make it our new anthem once christianity finally falls.

But fuck, why do you have to sport those socks, and sing such words Oz?

  • It's always odd to me how guitarists treat other guitarists. You go through all the Brad Gillis Ozzy videos, and all the comments are like "Brad Gillis sucks" or "Lay off the whammy bar" Or "Randy is way better!" However, if you were to go to a video of some dude standing in his living room playing "Cover of Revelation Mother Earth" with the same skill as Brad Gillis, all the comments would be "Awesome!" "Great cover!" "Amazing skills bro!" and would be 1,000 likes 15 dislikes. Hmmm

  • My computer suddenly stopped the vid right when Ozzy jumped, so he froze in midair for a couple of seconds. Awesome timing?

  • @CanimCursor Mine did too!

  • For all you guitartists our there this is a great solo to learn. its fun and sounds great, and not as difficult as it sounds to learn to play

  • brad you did a great job on this album, you had big shoes too fill and did it , also you helped make randys music that much more of a classic, my hats off too you, because not just anyone could have pulled it off but you did it!!

  • @yournightmareify Brad Gillis was a phenomenal guitarist in his own right. He was my favorite guitarist that played for Ozzy. I just loved his style and his technique. I recognize that Jake is probably the best guitarist that went through Camp Osbourne and I do love Jake but Gillis playing resonates with me to this day.

  • @mlmr11 ALWAYS LOVED BRAD TOO!!!

  • 2 guys don't know what music is

  • Wow Ozzy Is A Fucking Legend

  • LLLLLLLLLLLip-Synch!!

  • @mickiew4 are you fucking retarded

  • @ZZAAN84 it shows his insanity.

  • I get so tired of people ragging on Brad Gillis. The guy stepped up to the plate and knocked it out! Not too many other guitarists could have done this in such a short time and sound almost flawless, and if your like me Speak of the Devil is one of my favs!

  • This is the second best song off Blizzard of Ozz. First one is Steal Away (The Night)

  • It`s a good perfomance, but he plays wrong at 0:38 and Randy played better the guitar solo.. much better. Long Live Randy Rhoads.

PD: Jake e Lee was better than Zakk Wylde

  • Great version of "Revelation Mother Earth" Ozzy is a GOD!!!

  • I think Brad did a tremendous job coming in after Randy.

  • @wattsun Absolutely! He also introduced a larger audience to the sweet sound of Mesa Boogie and some great Floyd Rose usage.

  • 2 people are deaf dumb and blind!!!

  • @herzeleid777777 and cant plAY pinball for shit

  • @herzeleid777777 - I love Ozzy, too - but people have different tastes, and I think it's only fair to accept that, and not suggest people are retarded because they happen to like something different. And after all, 2 to 234 is quite a good ratio in Ozzy's favour (remember the saying 'you can't please all of the people all of the time' ;-)

  • @randyrhoadsable1 somones a sharon fan >.>

  • Awesome stage setting. Ozzy had such a wonderful career. It's hard to say when he was at his best.

  • i miss randy. RIP Randy Rhoads. no one beats him. i'll repeat. no one beats him.

  • rest in peace 12-6-1956 --- 3-19-1982

  • Comment removed

  • Great song.

  • Rhoads.... He was one rocker who could have gone on to become a great. In fact, in his short career, he almost became. And an untimely death gave him status of a legend.....

The solos of Crazy Train & Mr. Crowley are two of all time best.

    RIP Randy Rhoads!

  • Brad Gillis sounds great! I can't believe how great they sound since Randy died the same year. Rip RR.

  • Was that Randy on the piano? Or is this after he died? I know it's the guy from knight rider on the guitar

  • @theclaw195 This show was shot after Randy died. Thats Don Airey on the Keyboards on this show. You were close, its actually Night Ranger lol :P

  • @Robthewild1 LOL close enough

  • i dont think this song gets the credit it deserves... its a great song

  • Please... let my mother live...

  • Gotta agree wid u there sumtimes ozzy should listen 2 his manager n not his wife or vice versa. Somewhere out there is a dvd screaming 2 b released wid randy rhodes on it! He,s still a legend though!

  • is this beautiful song

  • This is awesome and sorrowful... the band did a great job paying homage to RR!

  • gillis was the only guy to replace rhoads who actually sounded close to orginal guitar parts. I agree with ggorilla1 sharon has to have very high quality video of rhoads hidden away. the video camera did exist in 1980 it was only the very rich could afford the ones that shoot high quality. rumor i heard that a uk filmmaker was hired to film the making of diary of madman studio stuff. she has all of it and wont let it go.

  • YEA randy and OZZY! and the other guys lol

  • Should we burn her at the stake as a Witch? Jk...........................?! maybe? Nah Forget her just listen to Randy shred her to bits with his badassness!!! There is only a few special artists who are not boastfull on their abilities and just focus on what they love to do not the money they get in the bank! Thats just a bonus compared to the feeling they get playing what they write to cheering fans! Its a jam session with friends.........millions of friends!!!

  • @Fitzsimmons1984 due to that comment, badassness should be added to the dictionary

  • Brad did his finest to rock the rest of this tour for Randy. i was a teen idolizing RR at the time when this happened/he left us. it's very eerie how there is such emptiness here. RIP RR. Ozzy is noticably empty in his heart.

  • But this is actually Brad Gillis on the Guitar after Randy died. Somebody has got it worng but no biggie. Bard was darn good and clean. He was out of a band called Night Ranger

  • But you are tere in spirit Elvinv. Good to see you have great taste. HELLS YEAH!!!

  • a night ranger guitarist with a red strat... no replacement for the angel who wrote this.

without sharon or record company pressure, ozzy would have been locked in his house eating pizza and crying... probably the saddest tour in the history of metal.

  • Agreed,,, Randy was the MAN and that will NEVER CHANGE.

  • I know this is you on bass,DC...

  • maaan how i mis these days, and i wasnt even alive then. I love this song so much!

  • god his voice is so haunting!

  • FUUUCK YESSS i cant believe people try to compare dio to ozzy, ozzy is the best!!

  • yes i hear you man ozzy invented heavy metal vocals and is the best singer ever and randy is the reasoni started to play guitar he is my biggest influence ever

  • @cacaman17 I love both equally, but I grew up listening to Ozzy, thanks to my parents.

  • Ozzy é deus!!!

  • @dasmoscas deus é ozzy

  • ozzy is still sad about Randy...watch

  • @tccompaq he'll always be :(

so am I, Randy was incredible

  • lol ozzy looks like a wrestler

  • come on brad aint that bad

  • "Heaven is for heroes

and hell is full of fools"

    that's true

  • The most shocking thing is that this video was shot just months after the show in Chicago with Randy... but the quality is much higher.

Ozzy has lots of Randy footage and we have only like 20% of that, thanks to Sharon Osbourne bitch who only cares about money.

  • Actually, Randy's mother didn't let a lot of his stuff be released either. She didn't even let Speak of the Devil contain any of Randy's songs, so it only came out with Sabbath. Only much later Randy's live stuff came out on Tribute.

  • @ggorilla1 20%? I bet we have less than 5%. Stupid bitch. I'm guessing Delores has moved on, stop using that excuse. What a queen bitch, Sharon Osbourne. I guess in order to honor Randy, we should hold back footage of him? Just like the rerecordings of Blizzard and Diary, $haron showing her true form.

  • @ggorilla1 - Sharon's the "Digitial Bitch" that song on the 'Born Again" record is about her.... fuckin slut....

  • @wolfatnight She was the reason Ozzy and Randy even played together

  • @barnickd Your Fuckin WRONG... Heres a FACT. Sharon didnt introduce ozzy and randy, nor did she have anything to do with it... It was Dana Strum From Slaughter and "V V I". make sure you have the REAL story first Everyone. like cliff burton, He was still alive, when the Bus fell on him a second time he was decapitated. Somebody Out There has to be smart enough to Verify this or Have at least heard these stories as well.

  • @CrimsonIdol1990 whatever dude. keep your crazy to yourself

  • @CrimsonIdol1990 actually it was rudy sarzo or sarza whatever his lat name is he was the bassist for quiet riot at the time and as we all know rady played guitar for them at the time anywho rudy told randy that ozzy left sabbath and was lookin for a guitarist in his new solo band so randy went and before even got a chance to play anything ozzy hired him he complained cause all he got to play was warm up scales... like you said someone has to have the facts

  • @ggorilla1 indeed I could cry for days about it :( I really want to see all existing footage of Randy, I think many people would!

  • @ggorilla1 wow really?

  • @ggorilla1 If she was only about the money, she would have released all of that Randy Rhoads footage within the blink of an eye. Think before you write some stupid bullshit!

  • @FEVERPITCHROCKNROLL You make a great consumer

  • @ggorilla1 I hear ya. I got a felling there might besomething a little bit more personal and legal about any material not being released or they were just too stupid to record any of these shows that they spent so much money to put out on the road with Randy. Maybe they just dont give a damn about us Randy Rhoads fans, thats what I feel.

  • who was that guitarist ?... he truely sucks compared to randy...

  • Bernie Tormé , i think so...
