All things considered, even though it's sped up, he's still playing pretty fast (if you factor in the artificial speeding). Though not the fastest. Idk what the actual record is, but I've seen 179 bpm ragtime before, with no mistakes. It was Tom Brier (no surprises there).

And if you listen carefully, you can hear vibratos that are not supposed to be present in piano performances.
