it's a really awkward movie, but that's a really good thing, i think. edward cullen fans will hate it, but robert pattinson fans will love it.

I actually have this movie on DVD and I thought it was definatley a worthwhile watch and buy. Robert plays his character very convincingly as you are left wanting to sympathise with his position and predicament regarding his parents, but at the same time laugh at his overall attitude to life and the 'help' he recieves from his mates. A lot of british quirks and jokes but overall an enjoyable indie film with a small cast and a simple storyline.

DON'T EXPECT VOLVO'S, SPARKLES OR JAMES DEAN HAIR!

i guess it depends on what kinds of movies you enjoy. i own it and i love it. i'm from america and i ordered it from the uk because, of course, it released there first. so, in turn, i paid more than double if you count shipping and i wasn't disappointed.

it's an indie comedy. the humor is subtle. and if you get a kick out fairly awkward situations and strange people, you'll laugh a lot. nothing brilliant happens. it's realistic in that way.

again, i love it, but that's just my opinion.

@RavenclawVampire14 it's an indie film. not ur typical movie. and the character calls for the awkward kind of acting because that's what he is. most existential movies are like this kinda like garden state, i heart huckabees.. maybe it's just not your genre.

This is the absolute funniest movie ever! I love Robert Pattinson in this film. I really don't think anybody else could have done the character of Art better than him. I don't know when I've ever laughed so hard throughout an entire movie like I did with this one. All te comedy stuff aside this film is about something real- feeling like you are mediocre and inadequate. I will definitely be buying this DVD.

I love that Robert doesn't play save like Zac Efron. He risks it all playing nerdy or gay (Little Ashes) unlike Zac who still plays the hunk pretty boy on his non HSM movies.

@brendamolecula You should watch Zac Efron in The Miracle Run. He was really awesome in this movie. He plays an autistic boy and he was amazing. The ending scene made me cry.  Look it up on youtube, I think you would really like it.
