@mechace7 Thank you for your comments. This squat is a wider version of a standard squat movement pattern. The triple flexion at ankle, knee and hip is designed to replicate the natural squat that humans are supposed to do comfortably and is demonstrated by the way a baby squats to pick something from the floor. In your version of less dorsiflexion and knee flexion but more hip flexion the posterior chain would be more involved which is fine, just not the intention in this version. Thank you.
you need to fix your form, your bending at the knees instead of sitting back with your hips first.
