The Federal Government has overstepped its boundaries and must be pushed back. Both the FBI and BATFE are illegal.

Dumb but constitutional. Today what is their purpose? Alcohol is legal. Tobacco is legal. And firearms are protected by the Bill of Rights. The Federal government is clearly forbidden to create and enforce laws against firearms. If there is a power to regulate firearms it belongs to the states alone.

BATFE is a private corporation under the IRS. They aren't real cops. That is why they always have to have a County Sheriff with them before they do a raid. The County Sheriff can tell them "no, get out".

We shouldn't abolish the FBI. That would lead to anarchy. The FBI has foiled many domestic terrorist plots and is essential to our national security.

BATFE is a private corporation under the IRS. They aren't real cops. That is why they always have to have a County Sheriff with them before they do a raid. The County Sheriff can tell them "no, get out".
