they are not illegal. I have some headers on my 02. Just don't go drive around like a maniac. What I recommend is a radar detector when your speeding down freeways and stuff because that saved my ass sooo many times. Just be careful out there.
so is it possible to give the 08 lancer es or regular versions 100 more hp?
