@kalicean that doesnt make malmsteen better. it only gives him the ability to say "i created a genre". in the end, though, he was also the one who almost ruined it by never changing his sound or even the scales.

the book is only £11 but the p& P from Amazon Japan is £26 which put me off for now. Considering that the p&p is free in japan this is very expensive. Is there anywhere where the p&p is more reasonable?
