That's not how you cut a kiwi.....EVEYBODY THIS IS HOW YOU CUT A KIWI. ..... First u need a kiwi of course then cut the 2 ends of the kiwi next you crab a spoon and and stick thrue the line and turn it over untill the kiwi skin is off after it is off you need to cut the the middle of the kiwi then horazantilly cut it and there u go!! And if you don't like the seeds take them off then eat it!

Kiwi is an incredible fruit... I highly recommend though, eating the skin... Nutrients are stored just under the skin, so you're cutting away alot of goodness! Also, the skin is high in antioxidants & studies show it helps prevent the mutations of genes that may initiate the cancer process. Also, 1/2 a kiwi provides all the Vitamin C that you need for the day and a whole lot of fiber, potassium & Vit E! Try slicing the kiwi, as you did, but leave the peel on! It tastes great!!
