Little Michael and his sister sung this song one day before church, and it was so cute. He is only seven years old. He was mad with his little sister, and I told him to tell her she was beautiful. They both looked at each other and started singing this song at the same time. They both sing very well. It was adorable. He favored El DeBarge.

Now that El DeBarge is a talented gentleman! Very classy in his style. Just check out his demeanor and stage presence, thats something the youngins need to learn now about performing and crooning. Babyface has always been my dude, but I think he got outshined a bit on this one. He shouldve let El sing lead while he backed up. (Just an opinion). Still greatness!!! And the bass player was dead on too!!!! 5 stars!

Since this was on The Arsenio Hall Show, circa late '80's, and Babyface was at his height as a performer rather than later, as a producer, and El had already had some troubles by this time, IMO this may be why El had to do the "back seat" thing here - who knows/cares, really. But I do absolutely agree that El AND Babyface are THE BEST. P.S. I'm sure that Dennis Wilson would have been honored to hear these two musical giants sing the song he co-wrote (ohyeshedid!). Just sayin'!
