My all-time favorite use of this track on the show was in "Untamed World" when Ren & Stimpy are chasing the Wiley Speckle-Throated Burrowing 5-Toed Yak with an intent to tag the beast and Stimpy blows the tranquilizer dart to sedate the yak and gets Ren in the neck with the dart by accident. Then when Ren starts slowing down and moving (and talking) in slow-motion from his body becaming sedated, the music track is slowed down for effect as well! X-D
