well, numetal doesn't necessarily sound like metal. But the guitar and bass are down-tuned and there is gate, flanger and a decompressor. The vocals are done in a resitative syle with polyphonic melodies moving in intervals of perfect fifths. Also there is spielscatting (which was taken out of this version but you can hear it in the original)
