Japanese? fucking Yanks!!!!! it is a lantern drifting in the breeze, its the helicopter thats moving quickly and creating alot of air turbulence, the camera is mounted on the helicopter and thats why it looks as if its moving fast.

that happened near where i live,it was spotted on a few occasions and nearly made chopper crash,it was also logged in sightings in england,all sightings leading to cardiff
