@vador43 - Glad you asked, because there's much more to Sapphire than the single glow effect! Sapphire is actually a collection of over 240 effects and transitions for different uses, from bold standout effects, to more subtle or corrective effects that artists rely on for every project. Some categories are "Stylize" (Grain, FilmDamage, etc), and "Lighting" (which includes Glow but also many others). See them all at: genarts.com/effects/sapphire
Can someone explain what is there more than a glow effect to sapphire plugin? Because at 1,699$ for a plugin, its more expensive than FCP. I don't get it.
@IslandChic01 u would first "toggle auto select" the bottom layer/clip then drag and drop it in the "control" tab's well (the background well) and WALLAH!! the glow follows yo object....
thx! I just got final cut pro yet ive used Sapphire with after effects and Sony Vegas Pro 9 and I didnt know much about Final Cut Pro but this sure did help! thank you!
For GOD's sake, STOP saying, "I'm going to go ahead and..." It is VERY irritating! How about: "Next I'll..." OR: "Then I'll..." The information is good, just please do NOT SAY: "I'm going to go ahead and..."
