  • perhaps you can talk him into the 16th century! haha

  • OMG its stan shunpike!!!!!

  • It seems Danielle learns more from life than the prince.

  • At 00:30 the brooch she first picks is lovely, and she rejects it thinking that the merchant doesn't have anything good for her. What a bitch.

  • "A servant is not a thief, your highness, and those who are cannot help themselves."

    I love all the quotes!

  • hehe i love gustav he's so awkward.

  • the scenery is the movie is so GORGEOUS.

  • this is funny bc the Mona Lisa is painted on a plank of Poplar not on canvas... tsk tsk Hollywood

  • Holy crap!!!! Danielle's friend (I don't know his name - wasn't paying attention) is the guy who plays Stan Shunpike in Harry Potter 3!

  • @Music1Comp Lee Ingleby yay :P

  • the stepmother is sooo sneaky! :o

  • the Courtier in the green dress at 6:12 wears that at the Ball and at the last scene when the baroness and Marguerite are sent to do ten years of work

  • @renesmee23cullen thought i was the only one who noticed that lol

  • @yvidac2601 I have the DVD and every time I saw her I was like "WHY THE HELL DOES SHE KEEP WEARING THAT DRESS!" It drove me insane

  • "She is mute" "Really? She spoke quite forcefully" "... well, it comes and goes."

  • Thanks for sharing this great moviee!! I looove Dougray Scott as prince Henry-3

  • I love gustav!!! XD

  • Did the Prince seriously not recognize Danielle as the same maid who knocked him over with apples? LOL.

  • @aerosmith23000 I think it presents even deeper his character, how he never really looked at her when they met because she was a maid (even though to some extent he was impressed by her forceful words) and he looked upon "commoners" but then after meeting Danielle he payed attention to people other than just the ones of his status.

  • Jacqueline's feather > Marguerite's brooch

  • uh-oh now I'm in trouble7:27-7:29

  • "I'm visiting a cousin"

    "Who?"

    "My cousin..."

"Yes, you said that, but which one???"

"The only one I have sire... " LOL I love this movie.

  • Drew is very pretty in this movie. She looks great at that weight. Now a days she would have probably have been called fat or something, because all the girls in movies now are often so thin due to the scrutiny of the media.

  • I love how they incorporated leonardo da vinci into this movie. Gives it an extra something that is lacking in the other cinderella movies. There seems to be more depth in this version. Thank's for the upload. I'm enjoying this so far. I wonder if it's going to turn out to be da vinci who is the one who painted that picture of Danielle they showed in the beginning?

  • Jacquelin playbed by Melanie Lynskey is also in Two And A Half Men as Rose :)

  • I love the prince. He is just the coolest.

  • Good Speech Line

  • The Mona Lisa was painted on a canvas attached to wood. It could not be rolled up.

  • @Heeeeeeermione haha AND the original had two columns on each side of the lady, these were cut off by an owner to fit in a frame. Oh historical inaccuracies :)

  • Her face at 7.25 was like "Shit! You've got to be kidding me" lol

  • Honestly, I wouldnt have been upset if gustav and danielle ended up together.

  • That's not actually a quote from Utopia, but tis sort of the gist of a conversation that takes place right at the start of it.

  • i love henry danielle and jacqueline

  • hmm...in the grimms cinderella story, the stepmom orders her two daughters to cut off bits of their feet in order to fit into the glass slipper, and it isn't until the prince has taken off with them and sees the blood flooding their shoes. O_O just thought you might wanna know!

  • @morikahjo I remember reading that.

  • i love margherite.

  • Thank you so much!

  • Leonardo da Vinci actually kept the Mona Lisa painting with him at all times until he died. :)

  • @starrbeatlesqueen That's very true. He kept it all his life...but it was painted on wood.

  • "the shoes are too big"

that is such a girl thing to say. xD

  • @96chocoholic Oh, that's not fair. I'm a girl and I don't obsess over my appearance. And, yes, I would say if shoes are too big, but only because it would be very easy to walk right out of them.

  • uhmm nice paiting he had ^^

  • I think Danielle should talk us into the 21 century too. lol

  • i think Marguerite has PMS 24/7

  • I fricken HATTTTEEEE Margurite!!! I actually kinda like Jacqueline and i love Danielle :D

  • @saltyoceanwater you're supposed to like Jacqueline. ;)

  • hahahaha michelangelo was trapped under a ceiling in rome, im just a second choice my favorite part!!!!!

  • 6:15 She's SO beautiful!

  • BLONDE BITCH!

  • "You dare raise your voice to a lady, sir?"

    /swoon forever

  • WORK YOUR SHIT GURL

  • I want a friend like Gustave!

  • I LOVE DREW BARRYMORE!! in the movie and as a covergirl ^__^

  • My favourite scene from the whole movie!

  • So rude she introduced the one girl with this big title then she says "and Jacqueline"

  • the only one i have sire....

    hahahahah....so cute!

  • I don't understand how throughout the film. Danielle is criticized various time for pretending to be someone from a 'higher station'. However, Danielle's mother was a Countess which means her father was a Count...which means she would be a Lady in her own right! With or without her stepmother's affection.

So ha, she didn't need a prince. She had her own money.

  • @rosestainedglass i was thinking of the same thing, the house and the wealth should belong to danielle cause its her parents the stepmother should leave and go away.

  • @rosestainedglass Umm, I may be wrong but when Danielle comes back from meeting Henry or something and the baroness finds out that she is "Nicole de Lancret" she says "Of all the insidious jokes, turning your mother into a comtess." Soooo I don't thing her mother was a countess after all. BUt I could be wrong.

  • OMG! Her friend is the night bus busboy in Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban!! lol, geek moment <l:D

  • @nsb5Q322 HA!!!! that's amazing!!! i love the bus boy!!! lmao!!!

  • @nsb5Q322 Lol cute geek moment xD

  • Drew is brilliant! I've loved her since I saw her in "E.T."

  • "Prince Henry suffers from...an arragned marriage." lol i love that part

  • jacquline is the most epicest step sister ever; i love her little quirks and her voice is so beautiful and petite :3

  • I remember also in 2005, my sisters and I laughed so hard when Jacqueline put the feather under her dress. I fell onto my knees and face, laughing so hard, it seemed for an eternity. We couldn't help it!!!!!!!! I miss those days so much.

  • I remember in 2005, watching this, my mom said Danielle was very fast at getting dressed.

  • Michelangelo is trapped under a cealing in rome, I'm just a second choice! Omg I love how not only Da Vinci appears, but they casually throw Michelangelo into the conversation XD

  • @Aramidachi Actually, DaVinci would never have said something like that, he and Michelangelo had a huge rivalry and Davinci was thought the better artist for most of the time they were both alive and in Italy.

  • that girls got PERSONALITY!

  • "I'm visiting a cousin."

    "Who?"

    "My cousin."

    Haha I love that part

  • @animastwentytwenty "Yes, you said that, which one?"

"The only one I have, sire."

  • @animastwentytwenty ...which cousin, the only one i have sir

  • Hi! I´m new in this, i just want to tell that I love the movie, it´s really beautiful

    Thanks 4 upload :D

  • If you suffer your people to be ill-educated,

and then, manners corrupted from infancy,

and then, punish them for those crimes their first education disposed them,

what else could be concluded, Sire, she first makes thieves and punish them?

    Heavy!!!

  • @Unkyom She quoted Utopia!

  • @Unkyom it's a quote from "Utopia" actually :) her character is right to love the book-it's really brilliant! [Yes, the book is real lol. I highly recommend it as well!]

  • omg you legend!

  • What happened to part 2?

  • @FantasmaLuna some part already block in some countries...

  • @FantasmaLuna I've already upload new part 2...
