"SAVE THE SQUIRRELS" I am starting a notice to all people out there that want to get involved and I need your help now. On November 5th, 2011, I want everyone in the country to go to your nearest park for a "Save the Squirrels" protest. Have you noticed how many fewer squirrels there are since all these unemployed people have occupied our parks. I think they are killing and eating the innocent squirrels or just driving them out of their God given habitat and it has to be stopped now!

I am also concerned that while these Occupy protesters are being arrested for what I see as a bunch of people feeling that they are entitled to money for doing nothing, that the police needed to control this crowd are not accessible to those who genuinely need it.

@HSCUK Our taxes go to various social services. Last year the Federal Government spent 3.5 Trillion dollars of our GDP. Of that 3.5 trillion dollars 2.2 trillion of it was funded by federal tax revenues and the remaining 1.3 trillion was financed by borrowing creating a deficit that will be paid by future taxpayers.....this is a far cry from all our tax money going to the federal reserve.

If we switch to that system, we will have to borrow from them at interest. Let us say they have 10 trillion worth of gold. When they lend this into the economy, they will demand 20 trillion worth of gold (or let us say they lend 1billion pieces of gold, but they want 2 billion pieces back) This creates shortage of money. Weakest borrowers lose collateral to bank

@goody1boo no they don't have all the real money now. They've spent 20 years unloading all the gold they could, most of it is in the hands of various buyers around the world from 1985 to 2002. They leased gold to get paper, not leased gold to get gold ounces.

@ytgv3fc7 Central banks have the gold. FED and others. But that aside, I think it is good to have flexible money supply. If money supply does not expand as economy grows, it will cause deflation. But if money supply expands along with production, then prices can remain stable. To make that happen, loans must be given out for production and not for speculation or consumption. Since 80s US banks decreased business lending and instead focused on consumer loans. That's why they are in trouble.

The solution is 100% fractional reserve requirement. Do not let banks lend money that they don't have. Otherwise by controlling the money supply they create booms and busts. During a depression, they make loans available to their own companies, let others go bust. This is how they control the world.

The constitution states that only congress can create money.
