And there was I thinking Hitler died in 1945, well before Messrs Briggs, Moore and Mauger retired. Not only that, but after 1939 Poland didn't actually exist. In fact, Torun, Leszno and Gorzow (Thorn, Lisse and Landshut) were all part of Hitler's Greater German Reich and Bohemia was a protectorate of Germany, which brings Prague under German tutelage as well.
