  • Sam recorded blues and black artists years before he made those famouse rockabilly records. Before that he also recorded a lot of country stuff and with the rockabilly craze he then could combine those two styles.

    Elvis' first recordings at SUN were a mixture of country songs and blues tunes. He putted some blues in the country songs and some country boy sound in the blues stuff. Then rockabilly and later rock'n'roll came to life.
