  • I like this video! Regarding oat bran, try Ryvita rye and oat crackers...high in fiber, low calorie and satisfying... yes! 90% dark chocolate is great...try Lindt brand...not everyone finds it edible because to their palette, it is too bitter...but try it...dark chocolate is also high in fiber and low in sugar. Thanks, doc!
