this band is so cool, it is amazing that they stuck it out over the years w/ many different lineups - the important thing is that the Uriah Heep family continues. This song is awesome, period. In a sea of garbage that's out there, i am soooo glad to hear a real rock band playing traditional hard rock music.
This is a bonus track on "The Magician's Birthday Party" from 2001. Classic Rock Productions markets it. And yeah, this one of my favorites from this line-up!
I consider this one of their best songs ever. It displays their superb sense of rhythm and lyrical abilities. I'm really going to miss Lee on drums; no matter how good Russel will sound on the new album, Lee will always be "Heep's drummer" to me.
Any chance at a version with no subtitles? They're a bit distracting, but not too big of a deal.
This by far one of the best songs done by this lineup. Lyrically and melodically a very strong piece. Mick and Phil show they have gelled into a great songwritng team. Trevor's bass drives the tempo perfectly with Lee's drumming and Bernie has his touch vocally. With a new album around the corner so to speak, I can't wait to hear what they will give us this fall. Thanks for posting this classic before it's time!
Que banda extraordinária! Hard rock puro, essencial. Uriah Heep sempre!

Sounding like Yes is hardly a negative thing today... classic rock is always classic.

They can hardly be considered Uriah Heep since they've had so many changes but they still represent the closest thing

@jimmywires500 - that's why they're considered Uriah Heep.
