Myst is overrated; the only thing worth mentioning is the music. Other than that, it's a generic point-and-click adventure that only sold well because of its use of 3D and pre-rendered backgrounds (which was still new at the time) and FMVs (which was also new, but turned out to hinder gameplay years later).

Yeah, that thing's a piece of crap. I tried recording my first LP with that thing, and it just crashed repeatedly, and the frame rate (or lack thereof) was atrocious.
I've tried a few other things from NCH, and they're all buggy as hell. Stay away from them.
It USUALLY works alright for me, console stuff can be a bit problematic if things get hectic or if the settings aren't as balanced as they could be or even if I don't give it a few minutes to cool down. Lots of stuff can affect it, lol.
Man, Yorda must be getting kinda annoyed with Ico constantly calling her repeatedly to make her rush, like at 3:35 - 3:44. XD

Being a jerk, probably, since his voice kept getting cut off. He may have edited in some transitions to make it look better.

Myst is amazing you should definitely play it. Its in a whole different league of puzzle games though. Don't even get me started on return to zork...
On another note, the only thing that bothers me about the recording quality is you mentioning it so much xD

Debut works perfectly for me, with a consistent 30 FPS rate. Maybe it was your settings or something.
