@19urbabiiboii70 Is it a Skylark body? If so, you can get standard length headers from TA Performance in AZ. They also have shorty models that may fit other body styles too.
The heads are converted iron Stage 1's. They were port matched to the older style TA SP1 intake with raised ports. I added roller rockers from TA. It was bored .030" over and is using some older Sealed Power pistons with valve notches cut. The rods were prepped/polished and are running ARP hardware. It has a Romac balancer from TA also. There's still a long ways to go before it's track ready.
what is the comp ratio u got on that beast? i know on TA's website it sayd a minimum of 9.5. tryin to decide for my 455 which cam to go with. you have power breaks?
It worked out to 8.62:1, but I called and talked to Dave before I chose the cam a few years ago. It doesn't have power brakes. I think it was pulling around 12" of vacuum, but the carb and ignition need more tuning.
Sounds sweet Steve. I wish you could get that baby up here to Canada to run some of our events. We had a nostalgia day which included many BB Buicks. You would have kicked butt!!!!

D&S Performance is doing my '73 Buick 455. I get it next WEEK.
I have the TA long-style headers with 3" true duals ending with Thrush mufflers.

Did you do any other mods other than the cam for the comp ratio, or did you just install the cam?

What kind of dynomax mufflers are these specifically? Thanks they sound sooo bad ass!

They are the 3" version of the 17749 (2.5"). I don't have the model number. They're center/offset style.
