@CH0RUS No, I mean that the program doesn't remember my times after I close it. It resets the times to 99 something. I think when I played this game some years ago it didn't do that. But now it does and I don't know why.

to stop respawning go onto the main menu, help and options, settings and disable auto respawn. that should help you
