@RatchetEms They are band staff. On in the top stands is the percussion instructor, the other guy up in the stands is the announcer and percussion assistant, some others down on the sidelines are directors, arrangers, etc.

Garbage? From what your account shows, you're still a Freshman in high school. You've yet to "tap into your inner music", let alone learn a lot more about it. You can't just say something sounds like garbage, just to sound cool or make yourself sound smart.

And you've obviously haven't heard the song "Torture", because it's supposed to be one of the most powerful songs any marching band can play, and A&T most definitely showed us HOW IT'S DONE.

@Parahdoks92 ok well check this out... although he may not know WHY it sounded like garbage and from looking further into the conversation he probably does know what he's talking about because they surely did sound like garbage... the entire low brass was blowing out of tune and cracking notes the whole time (probably because they wore their chops out) and what happened to the term "Dynamics" at 1:20?
