I visualized bad stuff being these black little fragments coming out from each of my chakras. 2. I would suggest the Sun Salutation in the morning. It's a combination of yoga, deep breathing, meditation and gratitude - perfect start to your day! As for smoothies, spinach is delicious when mixed with fruit and yogurt, and healthy. Cherifabulous's recipe sounds delicious. Best of luck to you!!
Hey Rob :) Smoothies are easy, but you have a bunch of recipes here - you'll be fine. I *will* say that I think you may be cutting out too much at once. When i quit smoking, my husband also wanted me to quit coffee. I said "One or the other - you pick!" He picked smoking, and it made it easier. I'm running out of space but BIKRAM YOGA!! Ohhh, I LOVE it. LOVE IT. No better style. Drop me a message and I'll send you a link to the poses I put on a client's site. No video needed.
Oh, and a suggestion on savings: any time you normally would buy cigarettes or alcohol, put that money into a savings account. Don't know if that will make $10,000, but it will add up! Especially with interest. May surprise you on how much you've been spending on those things over 100 days! Smart to cut back instead of quitting soda. Caffeine withdrawal + cigarette withdrawal: Ouch! Welcome back!
This is more like a juice than a smoothie. It looks gross (green!) but it tastes great! Try 1/2 cup each:
Apple juice
Yogurt
Avocado
Raw Organic Spinach (blend well, then add)
Strawberries
Blueberries
Banana
Blend away! All the sweet stuff overtakes the spinach. If you get ORGANIC spinich, and clean clean clean, it will taste the best. Soo healthy! Hope you like!
Just a little hint on the smoothies, use frozen berries, either a mix or raspberries and they not only add to the fruit but also act as the ice. I start nearly every day with a smoothie, rice milk is good as well, better then soy and not as heavy as dairy.
I would recommend for Yoga, Hatha Yoga, which really streches the body
The body natrually loves to stretch.
There are some great vids you can get at youtube if you key in terms 'hatha yoga' and you can get newsletters from some with new moves. no need for gyms
oooops forgot to add on the recipe for the Dark Dream Smoothie, add a little either blueberry juice in the blend or pomegranite juice. if you aint got either, a little water

Hey Cylon... Well, my only advice about the vision board is to not use it as an inspiration tool, but rather as a road map of your future. When I look at my old vision board and see how much of it came to be (unexpectedly!), I now see that its more or a roadmap. So put on it what you want and remember to include yourself in it. Put it where you see it every day, and you should see some results! And thanks for the recipe it looks delicious, ill definitely try it out...
How about meditation Rob, Have you ever tried that?

Orange Creamsicle Smoothie
2 whole seedless oranges, peeled
3 tablespoons high protein shake powder (vanilla)
1 cup water
1-2 cups vanilla frozen yoghurt (optional)
Blend...
if you're more sedentary, you can use normal shake mix instead of high protein mix.. ;)

Try abd be as slow as you can, so you dont pull your body wrong. allow it to stretch in slow natural ways.
Try and checkout about 'Raw Food'. eating more raw will give you the energy also and really its easy to get to know
great to hear your quitting smoking and sodaring and boozin. That is well COOL

my smoothies are made like this
1 1/2 a cup of Frozen fruit
2 tbsp of powdered milk malt
1 cup of soymilk
add sweetener
and blend.
