I have been going to pole fitness classes for 2 months so can't do many strength moves (yet!) but have found I can improvise around the pole after practising your dance moves and am working on my easy(!) version of this routine which can't wait to show my other half! Yae, Tammy!! That's wonderful to hear. It's kind of like putting a nice frame on a painting. The painting (pole trick) can look pretty cool on it's own, but it's much more enhanced when it's framed. Plus, it is WAY more fun to pole dance when you can just let your body move how it wants to with some fluidity. That is how your personality and creativity come out! You'll see.... smile.
