im so confused, i know prem and mukti finally got together but mukti died and devki came along then what happened??? where did devki go and why did prem leave the show and in the show the new prem married some palchin?

Devki left Prem because she had blood cancer...Prem didn't know that and kept wondering why she dumped him after their one night stand. He married Palchin to get his hands on some sort of property/land and ended up having feelings for her. The show has leaped by 20 years...Prem & Palchin are still together and have two children. The actor who played Prem left KZK as he couldn't envision himself playing a father after the leap. The character is now being played by Vikas Sethi.
