No, i finished the game on my friends Gamecube first, then bought the ps2 version the thing i noticed that the analog of the gamecube is annoying , it doesnt move 360 degrees it moves left right up down and Cross shapes

The graphics on Game cube had more fog and such (which i think makes the game look better)

The graphics on ps2 had more textures but less fog

This version works only on ps2, though there are game cube versions out as well. And yes, it works for all ps2 games, pretty much like the normal controller.

I agree that it doesn't make much sense to have a special edition chainsaw controller for a game where you can't even wield a chainsaw! It's a fun toy still though, in my opinion.

This controller does not really make sense to me. If there was data in the controller that imported the chansaw into the game so that Leon could wield it then yes, it would be good but since it does not I see it as a bit of a gimmick.

Today I saw the PS2 Resident Evil 4 chainsaw controller at a game shop at the mall. It was 58 USD. So I came home and searched for it on eBay. I won the auction and got it for 16,65 USD :)

Then I came across the game itself from another eBay-seller and got it for 18,80 USD, no shipment fee required :)
