i've trained in brazilian jiu-jitsu for 3 years, and next week i am going to start in goshin jujitsu. i don't really know what to expect. do you think i may bring bad habits with me from bjj? i would think both styles would compliment eachother.
@bubbybaker they are both from jujitsu anyway just bjj is all ground game ul learn loads more effective self defense things at goshin. the sas use this system so it def works
@whiteasasheet Your absolutely right! I had fun in BJJ, but I love Goshin because it is so complete. After training it for a couple of months now, I realize that doing only ground work 90% of the time (which is BJJ) doesn't prepare you for reality situations. There is too much being neglected. Goshin has become my passion. From what I can tell, it seems like Goshin is really being taken to the next level over in the UK.
@muker123 i it all depends on the club you have to train as if its real attacks or your wasting your time mate
