ちょっと調べてみたんですが、裕仁というのは実名ですが諱（忌み­名）として天皇が神格化されていたときには平民は口にしてはなら­ない名だったんですね。今は象徴天皇制の下にあるのですからそれ­を口にしたり書いたりすることは侮蔑には当たらないと思うのです­が・・・・

追記です。たとえばイギリスで女王の名を直接口にするのをはばか­って女王陛下（Her Majesty）と呼ぶ人とエリザベス女王と呼ぶ人の両方がよし­とされているように、日本でも敬称を使って実名（諱）を使うこと­を避ける人と実名で呼ぶ人の両方がどちらも認められていいのでは­と思います。
