    Good luck with training, although I'm pretty sure you won't achieve anything since I've been training for 3-4 years less than you and I've surpassed your lifts vastly.

  • fuck youtubes limit... but you gotta admit low test is a big factor and my stomach issue is just horrible..i dont wish it on m yworst enemy. nothing wrong with taking your time to get i nall your reps though at the end of a workout. and you usually do hate on me for caring about grip stregth. also my deadlift was perfectly legal, no hitch, no ramp, and was locked out (for a second lol) but yo ustill had shit to say. thats like me telling you to squat atg its retarded for comps parallel is ok.

    you eat 4k of shit. last time i checked majoroity of your diet consisted of a weight gainer and cookies. oh wow. i stuff my face with cottage cheese, oats and eggs while you rely on powder to satisfy your caloric intake. youre just trying to find excuses all the time. just stop and focus on lifting. your deadlift form is absolutely terrible
