  • Haha nice sync 3:29 like a mirror, i thought i was going nuts :S

  • I like crossfit but I agree with some of the comments I read. 115kg@80 is really good for sure but its testament to how average crossfit is and how there goals are so mediocre. Klokov did 225@105 easily had 235 in him do the math way over 2x bodyweight, this guy does 115x3@80 thats not even 1.5 bodyweight lol, and according to crossfitters he's the best of the best. Crossfitters should have higher goals and believe in themselves more why not go for 200kgx3 seriously.

  • mikko salo run in cooper-test 4000 m.

i´d like to see klokov running 4000m in cooper-test

and all weight-lifters who are in top 50 in the world use steroids.

    mikko doesn´t.

he is a fireman in finland, and in finland if someone even think fireman uses steroids, you get fired.so you are typical envies bastard, and i bet,you cant even snatch 30 kg

  • ps. go eat more microwave-pizza´s and drink some more red bull you fat fuck.

come here to finland and show what you got!!!

  • So a 115kg push press at 80kg is elite to you guys?

Klokov did 225kg at 105kg, and there was much, much more in the tank.

  • @RandomStevie You're just being silly. While I love Oly Lifting and I like Klokov, you're comparing an elite/genetic freak/olympic athlete that works specifically for that goal AND takes steroids with a normal guy that decided to work out to stay fit.

Mikko is incredibly strong, if you think any random guy on the street can do a third of what he's doing here you're insane.

  • @Relaxe So I can't compare one world-class athlete to another?

And 255x3/3 is 85x3. I can guarantee you 99% of men that weigh 80kg can push press 85lb for three reps.

  • @RandomStevie Listen, I think Olympic Lifting is superior to Crossfit, but that doesn't mean these guys don't work hard or that SOME of them are far far stronger than most guys on the street or in the gym, besides, what kind of math are you doing there? Who is push pressing 85lb? I don't get what you're trying to say. I still say that it's extremely good for an 80kg man to push press 115kg. That's almost 145% his bw. Do you think there are a lot of guys out there that can do this?

  • @Relaxe You said you'd be impressed if someone could lift a third what he is here. 1/3 of 255 is 85. I never said they don't work hard, but I also am completely saying that O-lifters are better athletes. I'm a shotputter and I work hard, does that mean I'm now on Christian Cantwell's level?

  • @RandomStevie I meant a third of what this guy does overall, all the strength, conditioning, etc, etc, all the work he does at his crossfit's workouts, not just this particular lift, but I did say the word "here", so I totally see why you would think I meant this video in particular, I acknowledge I wasn't clear or specific enough, and yes, I also believe most guys could push press 40kg/85lbs, even though I've actually seen some at the gym that couldn't, but they're an exception.

  • @RandomStevie And you're obviously not at the same level as one of the top shotputters in the world, but that doesn't you're not way better at it than the big majority of the population. I guess what I mean is just because someone is far better than 99.9% of the population (Klokov, Cantwell) it doesn't mean someone else is not good as well (Mikko, you?), even if he's "just" better than 98% of the population. Hell, I'd be extremely happy if I was at Mikko's level.

  • @Relaxe I'd also be happy to be as good at CrossFit as Miko is, but what I'm saying is people who claim that this is god like strength (as a lot of people do) are dead wrong in a sense that someone who is only 25 kilos heavier can do 100 kilos more with ease. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying Mikko isn't strong. I am however stating the fact that there are stronger.

  • This guy is not human. Give me some Mikko !!

  • Tough dude strong guy shows no weakness

  • How old is he`?

  • @Mer134 31 I believe..

  • i hope X-fitters don't use any PEDs. : )

I will start to transition from bodybuilding to x-fit. although i will still use free weights for isolation exercises.

  • @Spontaneous "255 push press is not a lot of weight kids" hahahahahaha... you're kidding right?

  • Its à big weight, especially when it is à well rounded athlete like this. Thats what its all about. Extremly fit folks!

  • @UBSCARED and wheres your video of you doing 255? its easy right? quit being such a fucking douche bag put a video of yourself... but you probably wont do that cause your just a stupid cock sucker with nothing better to do then hate on crossfiters

  • How many rounds does he do on the 2min. on 2min. off push press AMRAP?

    Couldn't understand..

  • "time to train now." what. a. beast.

  • Mikko left Rogue?

  • @UBSCARED 10kg jackass

  • @UBSCARED post your own video of yourself breezing through 5X3 of a 255 lb. push press so we can be impressed.

  • @UBSCARED

I highly doubt Mikko went into this workout thinking "I better use bumpers so it looks like I'm doing more than I really am. I just HAVE to impress the YouTube trolls."

Get a life dude, Mikko would break you.

  • mikko's weight is around 175 lb so he's push pressing 80 lb over his body weight overhead. Thats almost 1.5 x bodyweight!

That's impressive in my books mate AND he does 5 sets of 3 with the same weight!

  • @UBSCARED yeahyeahyeah blahblahblah all talk, how much do you do? guarantee you don't beat mikko in a wod.

  • Beast.

  • WOW!!! I'm happy when I nail a 185lb push press
