How do you drive a ladder? It's "Are you gonna step into line like your daddy done, punchin' the time and climbin' life's long ladder"

Also, does no one get that the original is tuned down a full fet? You have to capo the 4th fret to get the right key and sing it properly. I guess I'm of the thought that if your going to cover a song...play it like it was recorded, or write one of your own!

@elpocco or play it how you can best sing/play it. No reason trying to play it in the same key as Ray if you can't sing it in that key. The worst cover on You Tube trying to sing in keys where they can't hit the notes.

Good job on this. One tip - at 2:03 when you play that lick - just do it on the 2nd fret rather than the 3rd fret. Same fingering and all - just on the 2nd fret. Love that Gibson!
