New edible tropical plants to be planted including Egyptian Spinach

I picked some of my Egyptian spinach, and stuck it in a glass of water. Ate most but left some in the glass. In a few days the bottoms were covered with roots, planted them and they are doing well.

Hi John, are those saluyot plants mature? How much larger will they grow.

I am so pleased at how quickly my seeeds germinated (within only 2 days). Now the plants are 3.5 weeks old and about 2 to 3 inches tall. I ordered and am happily seeing them grow thanks to you.

Those plants are maturing. They did finally get taller and go to seed when I planted them.  They need a WARM climate, so unless you live in the tropics, better grow them inside at this point. Im impressed on the germination speed. I have had poor germination with that plant. Where did you get the seeds?

@growingyourgreens I do grow them in a very warm environment. Regarding the seeds, I tried the onedollarseedstore . com. Not sure whether the germination rate was due to where I bought the seeds or the warmth that they get.

When you say that the "finally got taller", how tall was that in total would you say in number of feet?
