  • Keeping myself "busy", usually via a schedule ;-), really IS very helpful! Thanks for mentioning it! Just watch that you do not keep your mind so busy with "other stuff" that you end up suppressing the ED and/or Stressful Feelings that you are attempting to ignore. It happens more often then not...then one day...BAM! It all comes back at you with a vengence! My suggestions would be to Schedule 15-30 min EVERYDAY to meditate or something similar.+Go to a therapist 1x/week if possible..xo~a

  • hmmm~ i really find that schedules and keeping myself actively involved with work or school helps! but then of course stress comes from those places as well. STill, I'm much better after reading/journaling :) thanks bea!*
