Keeping myself "busy", usually via a schedule ;-), really IS very helpful! Thanks for mentioning it! Just watch that you do not keep your mind so busy with "other stuff" that you end up suppressing the ED and/or Stressful Feelings that you are attempting to ignore. It happens more often then not...then one day...BAM! It all comes back at you with a vengence! My suggestions would be to Schedule 15-30 min EVERYDAY to meditate or something similar.+Go to a therapist 1x/week if possible..xo~a
