Any pilot from any country could have made a mistake, especially when the U.S. provided 90% of equipment and troops than any other NATO countries. If another country was like what the U.S. has, it will be the same.

@infinitecanadian Dictators don't surrender or give up their power even by peaceful means. The U.S. did make a peaceful solution with Saddam many times in the 1990s and in the early 00s to give up the WMDs or else which had failed. The UN passed resolutions after the first Gulf War that Iraqi WMDs program must be destroyed under UN inspection or else such hostilities would continue by the USA as part of a ceasefire.

It's the same in the Bosnian War , sometimes peaceful solution don't work.

@infinitecanadian Saddam Hussein killed way more innocent people, citizens of his own country and surrounding countries for no reason at all may I add, than the Americans killed in either Iraq invasion. Even if there were no WMD's, we killed one of the most dangerous men in the middle east.
