Nice! Were you ever in freestyle? My dad used to do it all the time and he's teaching me right now. I've got some pretty sweet stuff down. I can do the chest roll and the shoulder roll thing you did. Still stuck on trying to put it through my legs while its spinning and catch it. Freestyle is hard! Nice video!

Yes. Dan Roddick and I won the 1975 World Freestyle championship (held in the Rose Bowl in California). Just a few years back :) But my real love is/was Ultimate Frisbee.

Same here. I think my dad knew "stork" back in the day. Whenever that was. Yeah I love Ultimate, its the most intense sport I've played. I'm a handler on my HS team. Did you ever play in the UPA?
