i wish i would have seen more africans that day along with west indian ppl. i got reali upset about that because the greatest ethiopean population outside of ethiopis is in the DC area, and i know for a fact that there are a a large african population in pg county next to DC most from sierra leon and nigeria...yet only a few africans where present that day. what happen to all the west indian people? I bet we would have seen many more blacks if it were DC carnival huh?!
not really. although most dominicans down here are afro dominicans. my friends were in one of carlos videos playin dominican music. and other afro latinos just act african american so you wouldnt be able 2 tell
